Domestic Shipping Policy
 
Shipment processing times

 

All Orders are processed within 1-4 weeks. Pre-order items have a processing time of 8 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be further delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Kyon Major is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

 

Kyon Major is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Kyon Major. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Kyon Major (www.kyonmajor.com), you agree to the terms set forth below along with Kyon Major’s Privacy Policy.

 

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have two (2) weeks after delivery to issue a refund and return your product/service. Please contact us at hello@kyonmajor.com with your order number and reason of return. Once accepted you will receive a ticket number from us. Please return your item and provide us with the tracking number of the return.

 

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

The item must be in the original packaging.

●All original packaging aswell as product tags need to be attached.

● The item(s) does not have to be in the same carton we have sent it in, althought it is preferably that it is.

●The item(s) must be new and in undamaged, unworn, unused, unwashed condition. There should be no

unauthorised alterations whatsoever to the product(s).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

●Return of an item has to be shipped with a tracking number. We can not refund your item until we have received it. 

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, depending on where you live.

The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. 

Refunds
 

We at Kyon Major, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

 

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

 

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Kyon Major is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

 

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

 

Shipping

Kyon Major is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
